Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, products can be exchanged or we can provide you with a credit if the product is returned its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

No refunds can be paid.

Defective items needs to be returned within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. For items found to be defective or dysfunctional after 14 days, returns can be accepted.

Warranty on non-sale items is 6 months for handbags, wallets, knitwear and all other products. This refers to manufacturing faults only. BSIRIUS is not responsible for any damage that is caused to your purchase by wear and tear.
