Currency of Transactions

All invoices issued by b.sirius are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and all electronic transactions on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Tax

Orders within Australia are inclusive 10% GST.

Delivery Policy

AUSTRALIA: All products will be sent via express post satchel.
Standard delivery time is between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

NEW ZEALAND: All products will be sent via AIR MAIL.
Standard delivery time is between 2-7 business days depending on your location.

WORLD: Australia Post Registered Air Mail: All products will be sent via AIR MAIL.
TRACKING. You´ll have to sign on delivery. Standard delivery time is between 1-3weeks depending on your location.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your product for any reason, products can be exchanged or we can provide you with a credit if the product is returned its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

No refunds can be paid.

Defective items needs to be returned within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. For items found to be defective or dysfunctional after 14 days, returns can be accepted.
